A little thing I learned about myself
Depression hits hard when I am doing literally nothing. And by nothing I mean unable to pick up the pile of laundry beside my bed, unable to walk up the stairs to the kitchen area to fix myself something to eat (I haven’t eaten all day since that breakfast sandwich at 9 am). For no reason. New Goal: Physically be moving and always be on my feet. Avoid moody and tiresome days.
I can never get the dark passenger out
It’ll go for months unnoticed, I’ll be weightless. “Where else do you want to be right now?” Nowhere. I rather die.
